2. Refund After Work Has Started

• Developers
• Hosting providers
• Plugins or themes
• Website administrators
• Search engines
• Other third parties

Such changes do not automatically create eligibility for a refund.

7. Duplicate Payments

If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same order, please contact us.

Verified duplicate payments will be refunded.

8. Incorrect Plan Purchased

If you accidentally purchase the wrong SEO plan, contact us before work begins.

Where possible, we may:

• Apply the payment toward another suitable plan.
